As the daughter of a successful Real Estate Investor and a Mortgage Broker, Stephanie literally grew up on Real Estate. When the market began to change, Stephanie quickly steered her business to be ahead of the wave. She sold dozens of HUD homes, managed local foreclosures, and even handled several short sales many years before that was the norm. "My greatest strength is that I am not afraid to jump in with both feet, and I can handle any crisis." Stephanie once orchestrated the sale of a home with only five days notice, saving the seller from foreclosure by one day. On many occasions, she can be found personally handling the details of her clients' needs; arranging moving trucks, babysitters and home repairs so that the buyers and sellers can relax.
